Step 1

Participants’ profiles and needs

  • The Break Events team will carefully select and recruit buyers according to their needs, their distribution zones, their client portfolio, and their sales and marketing strategy.
  • They solicit wine producers. After registering, you will describe your domaine, history, wines, and targeted distribution zones.
  • We will communicate your participation with a visibility package: emailings, various announcements and through social media.

Step 2

Sampling

  • You send us your samples. We manage the routing, customs clearance, delivery and on-site management.

Step 3

Select and request meetings

  • Buyers and producers choose meetings from their online catalogues.
  • You will target and request meetings.

Step 4

Confirmation and scheduling

  • Producers, you will choose the number of meetings by confirming your requests.
  • You will receive your personalised meeting schedule (according to your availabilities and time difference).
  • The importer will receive an invitation to attend the designated meeting space in the hotel where the tasting will take place.

Step 5

Meeting by videoconference with a live tasting

  • Meeting by videoconference with a live tasting.
  • Depending on their schedule, participants will connect on the platform and carry-out their meeting via videoconference.
  • The tasting will take place simultaneously, overseen by sommeliers who will accompany the buyers locally.
